JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze global cost and P&L expenses and support the global reporting towards our shareholder Allianz SE and the AGCS Board of Management
Support global P&L expense forecasting process with various stakeholders
Support global cost planning process
Perform ad-hoc requests and special cost analysis to support business decisions
Contribute to best practice sharing, efficiency initiatives, global standard setting and
harmonization
Support projects and implement initiatives as required
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in the Insurance/ Financial Services industry
Profound understanding of Insurance financial statements under IFRS and solid knowledge of insurance specific KPIs
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
Strong educational background in business administration, economics, financial mathematics or related disciplines
Excellent MS Office skills, experience in finance reporting systems (e.g. SAP)
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, hands-on attitude, excellent conceptual skills
Fast understanding of complex issues and capability to reduce complexity
Experience in project and team work in an international and dynamic environment
