Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all business administration & finance functions of the GmbH such as:
Budget Planning (costs and income) and controlling
Improvement and execution of controlling processes for unit and sub-units
Creation of the annual balance sheet and P&L for the unit in close collaboration with Allianz Germany/Accounting
Accounting responsibility for unit including management of customer and vendor accounts
Creation of outbound invoices and receivables management
Responsibility for all tax related issues for the unit in close collaboration with Group Tax (VAT, transfer pricing)
Responsibility for all legal issues especially contract management
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
University degree in economics and/or professional accounting qualification
Fluent in German and English; other language skills advantageous
Knowledge in SAP / FI / CO
Highly skilled in MSExcel and MSPowerPoint
Ideally 3-5 years relevant job experience in accounting or controlling functions
Strong communication skills including the ability to translate numbers into messages and communicate with top executives of the Allianz Group
Detail-oriented, strong numerical ability, analytical and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure with high quality outcome
Independent worker, while also being team-minded
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
International experience from having lived/studied/worked abroad
Ability to multitask, with focus on speed and execution
Flexible, proactive, high level of energy and drive
