Responsibilities:
· Create high complexity learning items into the system
· Create minimum viable products (MVPs) and assist with learning journeys planning
· Develop and/or retool entry- and advanced-level courses, participant & instructor guides, exercises, scenarios, job aids and assessments for a variety of audiences and purposes
· Leverage instructional design and multi-media skills & tools to design and develop both formal and informal learning solutions utilizing appropriate media
· Ensure that all training materials are consistent, easy to understand and well organized
· Apply innovative thinking and design solutions that reflect client needs, learner assessment, content and organizational need
· Continuously learn new features of development tools and software
Key Requirements:
· Fluency in English, both written and spoken – German is a plus but not required
· Demonstrated expertise in creating complex learning items and developing high-quality educational materials for diverse learners
· Strong skills in utilizing multimedia tools and techniques to design effective learning solutions across verticals and platforms
· Strong skills in Storyboard creation as well as review and good knowledge in learning theories
· Ability to apply creative approaches to instructional design that address client needs, learner assessments, and organizational objectives
· Excellent ability to convey information clearly and concisely, ensuring training materials are consistent, easy to understand, and well-organized
· Willingness to work closely with team members and stakeholders to create solutions that reflect client needs
Qualifications and Experience:
· Diploma in HR or L&D topics
· At least 2 years of experience in similar role
· Strong capability in leveraging instructional design and multimedia skills to develop learning solutions using tools like Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and other industry-standard software
· Demonstrated experience in planning and executing learning journeys, including the creation of minimum viable products (MVPs)
· Experience in developing and retooling entry- and advanced-level courses, including participant and instructor guides, exercises, scenarios, job aids, and assessments
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly
· High attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all deliverables
