Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to plan and execute all sales initiatives/campaign and collaborate with sales team to drive and improve overall onboarding experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

·  Manage all administrative duties including but not limited to pre and post enrolment of CEO (Center of Excellence and Opportunities) agents.
·  Create and maintain sales dashboards and report for CEO team
·  To plan and organize activities that drive productivity and recruitment - overall onboarding, monthly/ quarterly sales recognition and activities.
·  To source and coordinate with different stakeholders and vendor for various sales initiatives that will contribute to the productivity of CEO agents. 
·  Execute daily operation and administrative tasks/ assignment.

Key Requirements

·  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline.
·  Minimum 1 year working experience. Preferably with Agency/ Distribution experiences.
·  Highly driven, excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
·  Good collaboration skills and a team player
