Job Summary
Responsible for the end-to-end operational management of direct online sales, including policy management, after-sales processing, customer request handling, and performance monitoring. Additionally, contribute to analytics and planning by providing customer and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy Management
· Process for execution of changes in existing policies that are requested by the customer or are a result of agreed management measures.
· Process for the termination of a contract/policy when requested by the customer.
Direct Sales
· Manage all activities in the Direct online channel associated with the quotation and acquisition of new customers via emails and website interaction (Allianz website).
Research & Analysis
· Provide customer and market insights based on customer analytics & feedback, market research, web analytics and external sources to set strategic direction and to provide basis for idea generation and problem solving.
· Collect, analyze internal data on key business ratios, monitor KPIs and other indicators to enable development of strategy and identify needs for necessary adjustment.
Key Requirements:
· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Statistics/ Administration/ Management, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent. Other fields of study are welcomed.
· Entry level position, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· A team player and able to manage the relevant stakeholders and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
· Able to work independently and take own initiative. Able to work with minimum supervision.
· Possess high learning agility.
