Job description

The Global Service Line Actuarial specializes in providing professional expert services in the actuarial field, such as pricing, reserving, valuation and risk management. As a successful candidate, you will quickly get to know the fundamentals of actuarial analysis, both theory and practice, which are at the core of insurance business, and help to provide management with valuable business insights to keep Allianz successful and financially robust.

For our new service centre in Casablanca, we are looking for Actuarial Analysts in the life and non-life areas. 

Role Overview

The ERP Test Manager steers and monitors the planning and execution of End-to-End (E2E) integration, Functional Integration Testing (FIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance, and regression tests within the SimpliFi project framework. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of ERP solutions and will be held by multiple people.

 

Responsibilities
- Test Planning and Setup:

·  Co-create, maintain, and improve test setups.
·  Apply general rules and guidelines for testing at the tribe/squad level.

- Defect Management:

·  Ensure Test Execution and Defect Management, including defect life cycle management and coordination with developers.

- Milestone Tracking:

·  Ensure monitoring and completion of defined Testing Milestones in SimpliFi.

- Collaboration:

·  Conduct calls with Tribes, ensure test data collection from common core, and participate in tribe calls as required.
·  Align with central core side changes or defect resolutions.
·  Sign off on E2E integration test cases for execution.
·  Test Execution Monitoring:
·  Steer and monitor the execution of E2E integration, FIT, UAT, and regression tests.

- Quality Assurance:

·  Ensure all prerequisites for E2E, FIT, UAT are followed accurately.
·  Ensure tests are documented in Zephyr comprehensively.
·  Provide regular tribe-level reporting on testing progress and Defects Status.

 

Skills and Qualifications

System and Process Knowledge:

·  A matured understanding of the SAP S/4 solution and SAP systems, modules, and processes in Finance and controlling

Quality Assurance Expertise:

·  Experience in coordinating and steering quality assurance aspects in large implementation projects.
·  Extensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software testing methodologies.

- Business Acumen:

·  Business understanding of the organization’s objectives, processes, goals, and alignment with business needs.

- Comprehensive Testing Skills:

·  Ability to create comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test schedules, and outline testing scope, objectives, resources, and timelines.

- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

·  Strong collaboration skills, stakeholder management, and effective team communication.

- Knowledge of Testing Tools:

·  Hands-on experience with testing tools, test management, and business processes in general.

- Ownership and Mentorship:

·  Display ownership of their role, results, and delivered quality.
·  Willingness to provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their testing and automation skills.

·  Supervision
·  ERP Test Managers supervise the test team (e.g., Test Engineer or Test Analyst) of a specific tribe

Tribe Collaboration:

·  Takes responsibility over tribe testing topics.

Ensures test data is received and verified with Product Owners.
This role is fundamental in driving quality and efficiency within the ERP implementation projects in SimpliFi, ensuring seamless integration and robust performance across the system.
