Who will you be joining? 

 

Group Reporting department:

Group Reporting is the financial and non-financial / sustainability publishing unit of the Allianz Group. We report timely and relevant financial and non-financial information to executive management, the capital markets, investors, regulators and other stakeholders and are responsible for the production of the Annual and Interim Report, Solvency II qualitative reports, the Analyst presentation and other non-financial disclosures such as reporting in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). 

We are looking for a student to support the team with the preparation of regulatory and financial reporting products for the Allianz Group, other financial reports, including internal management reporting, as well as further financial and sustainability reporting projects. Being part of the Group Reporting team gives you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain experience in various working areas.

 

STUDY PROGRAM 

 

Do you enjoy putting seminar content directly into practice and thereby actively shaping the future of companies? With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), you can do both: During your two-year job-integrated master's degree, you will be assigned to Allianz and implement one or more beneficial projects for them. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.

In combination with this job offer, you can study the  SIBE Management Master - M.Sc. in International Management, the German-US Dual Degree - M.Sc./MBA or the SIBE Digitalization Master - M.Sc. in Digital Leadership . All programs offer you various additional MBA options. You also have the chance for intensive exchange and networking as well as the opportunity to design the seminar mode. How can you make an impact? 

 

Within this team you will take a pivotal role and support us with the following tasks:

·  The preparation and coordination of content deliveries for financial reports such as the Annual and Interim Report, or Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR), Regular Supervisory Report (RSR) of the Allianz Group incl. close cooperation with internal stakeholders
·  Content and language review including cross-product alignment, incorporation of feedback from stakeholders, implementation of layout changes, data uploads via the reporting tools
·  Preparation of key capital market analyses, financial reports and presentations for internal as well as external stakeholders such as Board of Management, Supervisory Board, analysts and rating agencies
·  Further enhancement and automation of reporting processes (for example through the use of AI)
·  Ad-hoc reporting, analysis and projects
·  Supporting the team with administrative and organizational tasks

 

What are you made of?  

 

Minimum Qualifications 

 

·  Experience with Microsoft Office (esp. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Teams)
·  Good analytical skills and process understanding
·  Highly organized and structured
·  Proactive and flexible working style
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Attention to detail, and the capability to work under time pressure and manage deadlines

 

Preferred Qualifications 

 

·  You are currently working towards a university degree (bachelor, master, PhD) in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, business informatics, data science, and/or any other related field
·  Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
