Who will you be joining?
Allianz’s Group Compliance (GC) function is in charge of managing compliance risk to bolster Allianz's reputational and financial strength and to support value-focused company leadership. As such GC is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the Group's overall compliance risk profile, and thus ensuring that individual Allianz companies adhere to the Group's compliance governance principles. The Compliance function within Allianz strives for Group-wide effective and efficient compliance processes supported by global tools and solutions. Besides steering and monitoring the Group, GC is also acting as the Compliance function for Allianz SE.
This role will be supportin the Executive Assistant of the Group Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and focus on the following: i) Support on strategic Initiatives; ii) Communications Activities: various global communications, developing content and maintaining the GC intranet presence; and iii) Event Organization: supporting the organization of regularly ocurring meetings (in-person, hybrid or virtual) within the global compliance community and GC.

With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), you can do both: During your two-year job-integrated master's degree, you will be assigned to Allianz and implement one or more beneficial projects for them. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.
In combination with this job offer, you can study the SIBE Management Master - M.Sc. in International Management, the German-US Dual Degree - M.Sc./MBA or the SIBE Digitalization Master - M.Sc. in Digital Leadership . How can you make an impact?
· Support in the organization of regular global compliance and internal GC events.
· Maintain and regularly develop new content for GC in the Intranet/MS Teams.
· Support design and content development for quarterly Compliance newsletter, other GC internal communications and information campaigns around the launching of new compliance initiatives, events and projects
· Support with minute-taking of senior management meetings and prepare presentations for diverse stakeholders
· Provide general support to the CCO Office
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
· Completed your Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, or related subjects with excellent academic track record
· Excellent command of written and spoken English, German is a plus
· Excellent PowerPoint skills (above avarage) and good Excel skills
· Basic project management knowledge
· Basic knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or other similar edition programs is a plus
· Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year

Preferred Qualifications
· At least one year of professional experience in an office environment
· Experience with developing compelling presentations and communications
· First experience with project management or process management is a plus
· Reliable, creative, self-motivated, fast learner with a hands-on attitude and independent working style
· Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
· Ability to work flexibly in a diverse team environment
· High integrity and trustworthiness
· Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
