JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE:
The Operations Reporting team is a key team within Organizational Management. The team acts as a business partner towards central and local operations management and executives creating real insights through the creation of relevant and timely KPI reporting. Reporting to the head of global ops reporting, focus of this role is to continuously report quality and performance KPIs as well as measure transformation success through transformation KPIs for a specific Lines of Business or business units, thereby enabling local and central management the proper steering and timely decision making as well as enhance decision making for execution.
Key tasks include:
· Development and provision of standard reports with Operations core KPIs (e.g, productivity, quality, transformation)
· Development and provision of standard reports with Transformation core KPIs (e.g, utilization of specific digitalization initiatives)
· Work with various stakeholders to enhance KPI, service and reporting portfolio to ensure relevance and usefulness of provided insights based on stakeholder/customer group or Line of Business requirements
· Support interpretation of reports and propose measures to be implemented in case of unwanted KPI variances.
· Support the definition and implementation of RPA and other automation tools at business unit level to reduce manual effort required for data consolidation into central reporting tool (Celonis) and increase accuracy and consistency.
· Support with the definition of necessary data field and identification of right data fields to ensure data consistency across Business Units
· In depth analysis on individual regional/local data upon request
· Contribution to the further enhancement of Allianz Partners KPI tool
· Proposition and development of a data repository for Operations core KP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development and delivery of regular operational and transformational KPIs within central reporting tool (Celonis) for respective customer group (e.g. Line of Business, Business Unit)
Perform data validation and cleansing according to agree data quality requirements. Perform sense checks and where necessary check data quality with respective customer group (Line of Business or business units within responsibility). Ensure consistency of local data to the Group framework and enforce the implementation of best practices
Support initiatives to strengthen portfolio of operational and transformational KPIs through constant service review, gap analysis and customer requirements
From time to time adapt the KPI portfolio to the company strategy or new transformation/digitalization initiatives, at both global and local level to ensure relevance, and enable steering and execution.
The role fosters flexibility and autonomy in the design of solutions and processes.
It is in direct contact with middle and top management, requiring challenge capabilities, on-point communication and high level of delivery.
It also offers a large visibility for further evolution within the Group, both in location and abroad.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· 3+ years of experience in Business analysis / Controlling / Operations
· Graduate/ Post- Graduate in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or similar streams Experience in an international environment and fluency in English (all interactions are in English) Ability to thrive in a headquarter organization (relations with central/regional/local levels).

· Project management skills and autonomy
Tools :
· Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, visualizations, power queries) and PowerPoint (dashboards, reports)
· Knowledge of BI tools and Databases (Power BI, MicroStrategy, SharePoint, Access, SQL, or others) is a plus.
