JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do:

Help connect data science teams across the globe (support with code sharing, building up and maintaining a repository of usage examples for different python libraries and short user stories)
Run short demos for explaining tools (e.g. MLflow) to other data scientists
Assist in developing and maintaining training material (slides, guides, code)
Research content inside and outside of Allianz on challenging data science and innovative technical topics
Analyze and summarize complex reports and identify major assumptions and gaps
Regularly update intranet content

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

What You'll Need:

The ideal candidate is a university student (MSc), with the following competences:
Solid understanding of basic data science concepts
Experience with commonly used Python frameworks for data science and machine-learning (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Keras, ..)
Prior experience with Azure/AWS is a plus
Prior experience with Mlflow, Postgres, Luigi, Airflow, Camunda is a plus
English language proficiency

Experience & Key Skills:
Good organization and communication skills
Quick on your feet
Attention to detail
Prior internships in software development or consulting are a plus
