Job description

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Cyprus Office) who will join Allianz Cyprus branch of Allianz European Reliance, in Nicosia.
The job holder will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, leading in the highest level of customer satisfaction within the Company’s principles and values. They will be member of the local team in Cyprus, working closely with other team members in supporting each other in all functions of the branch.
This role reports to the Cyprus Branch Manager.

 

What you will do

  • Handle customer needs, enquiries and efficiently and effectively, leading to positive customer interaction
  • Handle calls and email requests, to support customers and resolve service enquiries
  • Implement customer retention activities
  • Manager and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Perform administrative duties, where needed

 

What you bring

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Communication or similar discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service roles
  • Insurance qualification is considered a plus
  • High technical fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and project management skills
