What you do

 

 

The RSA Customer Excellence and Sustainability Officer internship is a dynamic role designed to support Allianz Partners (AzP) in leveraging customer excellence and sustainability as strategic business assets.

 

As a trainee, you will work closely with the Global Head of RSA Customer Excellence and Sustainability, collaborating with various departments to enhance AzP product experience by analyzing customer interactions and feedback to identify needs, pain points, and areas for improvement. This involves performing quantitative data & AI analysis, as well as leading qualitative research and user testing.

 

Actively supporting tomorrow’s experience definition, you will contribute to map the as-is and design target customer experiences, leveraging state-of-the-art practices, and utilizing data, AI, digital, and human resources to propose smoother and optimized service delivery leveraging human care and increased adoption of tailored digital experiences thanks to data and AI. You will facilitate co-creation workshops, documenting outputs.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in the positive transformation and execution of RSA customer experience and sustainability initiatives by facilitating the structuration and follow-up of customer experience action plans and coordinating key stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are appropriately understood by counterparts, and driving culture change and adoption through awareness presentations and sessions. Additionally, you will support the securitization of sustainability action plans by facilitating initiatives such as the scope 3 CO2 sustainable dashboard.

What you bring

 

 

Here are the key competencies important for the success of your trainee job:

  • Advanced data/AI tool usage (Python, PowerBI equivalent,...),
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & problem solving,
  • Organizational skills: structured & rigorus,
  • Analytical and synthesis skills,
  • Motivated, dynamic and team player,
  • Customer experience design knowleadgability or expertise would be appreciated (not mandatory),
  • Fluent in English (French & German would be  a plus),
  • Last year study in Master’s degree
