The Commercial Service Manager (CSM) supports financial and administrative functions by managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring adherence to quality management processes and accounting principles. The role involves providing administrative support to the finance department, using SAP Finance and ServiceNow to streamline processes and improve data accuracy. Effective stakeholder management requires clear communication and collaboration across departments. The CSM needs strong skills in budget management, financial analysis, and administrative support, with proficiency in accounting principles and experience in SAP Finance and ServiceNow to drive quality management initiatives.
