Commercial Service Administrator

This role is embedded in Market Management and Commercial Department, as a commuter among different departments.

 

Responsibilities:

·  Handle credit limit requests for business development and account management purposes;
·  Prepare credit limit result list to deliver to internal customers;
·  Be responsible for portfolio maintenance and account performance review;
·  Assist in MMCD performance analysis;
·  Support ad hoc project implementation;
·  KYC reports documentation.

 

Job Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree or higher
·  0 to 1 year of relevant work experience
·  Proficient in using office software (e.g., Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations), with strong skills in pivot table analysis
·  Fluent in English communication, especially in reading and writing
·  Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of relevant compliance issues
·  Must meet high standards of accuracy and have a strong attention to detail
·  Honest and trustworthy
