About the Job
As Commercial Manager for the Global Mobile Project, you will own the commercial backbone of our service and project delivery. You’ll manage contracts and commercials end‑to‑end, steer financials across Allianz Group operating entities, and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer‑centric delivery. The role is pivotal to driving customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and business outcomes across AZ Pocket.
What you do
- Own commercials for service & projects: Lead contract management and negotiations; ensure compliance with obligations and relevant regulations.
- Steer financial performance: Govern budget, invoice, and timesheet processes; forecast costs and revenues; manage accruals, disputes, credit notes, and back‑charging across OEs.
- Optimize delivery & cost: Monitor service and project KPIs; implement improvements that raise efficiency and effectiveness; continuously track product‑level commercials.
- Partner with stakeholders: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams; align delivery with business objectives; communicate clearly and credibly.
- Run core commercial processes: Drive billing management and spend control; prepare ad‑hoc reports; manage PPM processes via ServiceNow; support provider management and contingent budgeting.
- Execute governance & planning: Plan and manage SAP WBS for project services; oversee procurement tracking and approvals; manage Fieldglass checklist processing; execute Run/Project Order Agreements with inter‑department alignment.
- Enable new services: Steer the commercial implementation phase for innovations and ensure adherence to standards defined by the central team within the Tribe.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands‑on commercial experience in service management or related fields, with strong contract management and negotiation skills.
- Analytical decision‑making and problem‑solving strengths; excellent organization and stakeholder relationship management.
- Communication excellence: Fluent spoken and written English; ability to work across cultures and functions.
- Education: Degree in Business IT, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Tech & data curiosity: Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical use; interest in commercial topics and product KPIs for IT products.
- Tooling proficiency (mandatory): MS Office, ServiceNow PPM, Ariba, SAP; familiarity with PPM Process and SAP BW; willingness to learn JIRA, eazyBI, BigPicture, and Confluence independently.
- Ways of working: Team player with outstanding analytical skills; independent, solution‑oriented, and comfortable driving structured, compliant processes at scale
