Job description
Key responsibilities/What you do:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Medical field (Pharmacy).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in claims reconciliation, financial analysis, or a related area.
- Prior experience in the insurance or healthcare sectors is advantageous.
- Strong analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and various data analysis tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with claims processing systems and relevant software.
- Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements governing claims and reconciliation.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Authorized to work legally in the country of operation.
- Flexible hybrid work arrangement available according to business needs.
Key requirements/What you bring:
- Complete comprehensive management of all claims recovery processes, including subrogation, co-insurance, and claims clawback.
- Engage and negotiate effectively with Third Party Solicitors and Insurers to secure optimal outcomes for Allianz Partners and our customers.
- Accurately maintain and update detailed records of the company’s recoveries and anticipated recoveries, covering identified subrogation opportunities, actual recoveries, expected completion dates, and more.
- Drive continuous enhancement of end-to-end workflows, from opportunity identification through to claims recovery.
- Deliver targeted training on Subrogation and Co-insurance claims as needed.
- Collaborate closely with and support other departments—such as Claims, Case Management, Life Accident & Disability Claims, Finance, Pricing, and CRM—in identifying recovery opportunities and tracking results.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on all recovery-related matters to the Global Head of Claims and key stakeholders.
