About the Job
At Allianz Technology , we are looking for a student to join our Conversational AI Business Demand Squad .
The Conversational AI (CAI) Tribe within the Contact Center Solutions department (CCS) delivers Voice-/ChatBot solutions for Allianz group standard center platforms. The CAI Tribe is currently building a global expert group driving design, implementation, and operations of the environment.
The Business Demand squad ensures end-to-end Implementation of Voicebot solutions with Allianz organizational entities. Within an agile Squad, you will support the team and our internal customers to implement projects and collaborate with the CAI service squad to drive projects in a global team.
You will support the different pillars of the squad with the goal to support end to end implementations of Voice- and Chatbots. This position is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment with a strong focus on best practices. The job requires proper communication and alignment with all stakeholders.
What you do
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as service, development, and operations, to ensure the Conversational AI platform aligns with overall service objectives and key performance indicators (KPI).
· Provide support on all requests and communications for operative running customers.
· Collaborate with the team to assess project/operational issues and identify solutions to improve productivity, quality and customer goals.
· Support the team in customer implementation guidelines and trainings; support other squads to deliver on other internal responsibilities as required.
· Work collaboratively with customers, providers and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities and to ensure that all communications between stakeholders are precise.
· Help to coordinate user acceptance testing with business partners and service suppliers.
· Gather and document all project-relevant information and distribute them to the correct stakeholders – ensure changes to documents and requirements are communicated accordingly.
· Help in monitoring performance and KPI of 3rd party providers as well as capture and document lessons learned.
What you bring
· Excellent command of English; Spanish, German or other languages are a plus.
· Experience within the Conversational AI space would be a big plus.
· Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment.
· Experience in complex technical solutions is a big plus.
· University studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, Mathematics or a similar qualification
