What you do

 

The CAI Solution Specialist is responsible for the seamless operation and performance enhancement of dedicated CAI solutions within an assigned CAI Region. Alongside these operational duties, they play a crucial role in facilitating the roll-out of new CAI solutions, troubleshooting, risk mitigation, and providing first-line support for Incident and Bug resolution.

 

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Facilitate identification of new CAI solutions by consulting on local requirements, specifications, and limitations.
Conduct initial analysis for potential solution improvements.
Secure stakeholder buy-in through collection of necessary approvals.
Prepare successful CAI solution roll-out with actions including privacy impact assessments, customer journey gap assessment, and solution requirements document updates.
Execute localization and configuration of provided global CAI assets as per defined local CAI solution requirements.
Set up NLU structure , ensuring optimized intent recognition of the CAI solution.
Perform CAI solution staging and deployment following best practices and quality standards.
Prepare and conduct functional testing and UAT and generate insightful results.
Conduct regular performance testing and monitoring of CAI solutions, engaging in a continuous improvement and enhancement process.
Adjust global set of KPIs for CAI analytics to local requirements, implement and test local KPIs and regularly review them for accuracy and reliability.
▪Adhere to globally defined technical standards and best practices.
Execute local access management and support infrastructure upgrades & testing.
▪Ensure and regularly update the local Solution Design Document (SDD) for compliance and relevance.
Execute project management tasks for CAI solution roll-outs, including defining project timeline, milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities.
▪Collaborate with CAI Regional Lead in hosting approval meetings and conducting the Go-Live process .
Open incidents with all priority levels as needed using provided templates and documentation, supporting resolution when required.

 

What you bring

 

▪Basic understanding of CAI frameworks and technologies like STT, TTS, SSML and NLP.
▪Demonstrated successful track record in working with a CAI software, such as Cognigy.
▪Good understanding of business environment and business processes.
▪High problem solution competencies, including analytical mindset and skills to analyze CAI solutions und underlying business processes to derive potential improvements .
▪Knowledge in programing languages like JavaScript or Python beneficial.
▪Experience in working in multicultural and diverse teams.
▪Proven experience and knowledge of IT organizations and teams.
▪Good coordination & communication skills.
▪Experience in agile methodologies and usage of state-of-the-art project management tools.
