Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Job description

Main responsabilities:

Analyse with the organization team the functional requirements and be able to coordinate the development of the business functionalities in time and cost;

Coordination of a knowledge area and a group of projects;

Plan all activities requested by the OE regarding the IT Plan;

Be able to discuss the IT solutions with all stakeholders;

Ensure quality deliveries and associated technical documentation;

Together with the stakeholders involved, the Product Owner and the Scrum Master, manage the product backlog to meet the need for change and the defined requirements.

 

Key requirements:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or Software Engineering or similar;

Experienced Business analyst, with knowledge of JIRA and Confluence;

Knowledge of the technological stack: spring boot, maven, GIT & GitHub, Angular, Spring, REST services/architecure, SQL is mandatory;

Knowledge of Agile methodology (preferred);

Languages: Portuguese and English fluency;

Customer and Market Excellence, Entrepreneurship and Trust;

Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.;

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively partner and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization;

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;

Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results;
