JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an ASaM Intern you will have the opportunity to work on some of the following functions:

- Gain a meaningful experience while learning real-world skillsets and working on various tasks and projects within the ASaM group. We work closely with both the IT and Enterprise Operations divisions within the CAO division
- Partner on efforts to better understand how projects are managed through the Central Project Office
- Work on various initatives to gain experience with Sourcing and Vendor Management, Financial Management and/or Hardware/Software Asset Management
- Partner with your manager and team to gain a deeper understanding of the ASaM divisions
- Assist in Service Management issues impacting Enterprise Operations
- Maintain open communication and working relationship with ASaM staff and leadership
- Perform assigned projects and deliver an overall recap presentation to ASaM leadership
- Network with industry professionals and obtain valuable experience working for an industry leader
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Strategy, Marketing and/or other related Business or IT degrees
- Experience with problem solving, analysis, cost modeling and financial management
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication, including clear structure and easily identifiable main points
- Ability to apply critical thinking, project and/or process management
- Understanding of Service Management (ITIL), Six Sigma or Continous Improvement concepts
- Analytical mindset focused on process and data analysis
- Ability to influence others and lead without authority
- Possess a strong attention to detail
- Strong customer focus and relationship building
- Strong customer focus and work ethic
