Job description
What you do
- Systematize, classify, evaluate, and organize the storage and usage of archival documents.
- Organize and implement the archiving of documentation within the Bank.
- Receive documents from the Head Office and Branch Network into the Archive.
- Responsible for the control and preservation of documents submitted to the Archive.
- Provide methodological assistance and supervise archival processes.
- Responsible for the transfer of documents from the Archive and copies thereof to external institutions, according to internal regulatory rules.
- Participate in conducting main checks in the Document Management Unit and the Archive.
- Prepare draft plans and reports on the activities of the Archive.
- Assist in finding necessary original of archival documents when needed.
- Prepare reference information and certify copies of archival documents as required.
- Monitor the retention periods of documents in the Archive.
- Organize the obliteration of archival documents with expired retention periods;
- Prepare Acts for obliteration for archival documents with expired retention periods and submit them to the Expert Committee on Archival Activities for agreement and approval.
What you bring
- Higher education – preferably in "Archival Studies and Documentation"
- Minimum of 3 (three) years of work experience and professional expertise
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Archimed eDMS
- English language skills - both written and verbal
- Professional discretion, adhering to banking secrecy and demonstrating loyalty to the Bank and its clients
- Analytical, strategic, and systematic thinking, decision-making skills, conflict management, and persuasion
- Listening skills, building trust, and proactive communication
- Personal flexibility and resilience, emotional resilience, teamwork skills, cooperation, and partnership
Special knowledge and skills
- Knowledge in archival studies and documentation
Specific requirements
- Driver's license category B is an advantage
