Position Summary

We're seeking a dedicated Change Manager to join our team in Allianz Technology. This position is process oriented and requires managing the entire lifecycle of change requests, from the creation to their successful completion. You'll work in close coordination with various stakeholders, making sure all changes comply with our organization's processes and objectives.

 

You will

·  Ensuring Change Management processes are implemented according to global policies.
·  Perform risk/ impact assessment of Change request in ServiceNow to ensure risk/ impact optimization and compliance with Global Change process and best practices.
·  Develop ServiceNow reports (or via Excel) and dashboards as needed for ITS Change Management Team.
·  Ensuring communication regarding Change plan including potential risk, impact to business services/ applications and users to all Stakeholders.
·  Update/keep current the ITIL Change Management process.
·  Host internal CAB meetings with stakeholders and senior managers. Run CAB meeting and create meeting report.
·  Update procedures related to Change Management (Knowledge Articles, Work Instructions, Guidelines) to support Change Process.
·  Complete change management assessments: Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
·  Support and engage senior leaders & stakeholders.
·  Coordinate efforts with other specialists.
·  Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
·  Provide Support during change implementation, if required.

 

Your skills

·  Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field, IT, or related field skills, or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
·  ITIL Foundation or higher Certification.
·  Agile Project Management Certification is a plus.
·  Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
·  Experience with Software Release or Data Centre Changes.
·  Previous Experience as System Engineer or Implementation Engineer is a plus.
·  Experience as Change Analyst or equivalent role in large organization.
·  Knowledge of Insurance business or Call Centre environment is a plus.
·  Knowledge of power query & power pivot is a plus.
·  Good communication skills both spoken and written in English.
