With the aim of strengthening our team, we are looking for a:

System Engineer - Defense

 

The candidate will be part of a project team working in the Defense / Naval field, and specifically in the Combat System division. The person will deal with the Functional Integration of the system, following the end-to-end process.

Resources will be involved in the following activities:

 

·  System & Sub System Requirement Analysis
·  Functional and Performance Analysis
·  Functional Chains Analysis and Definition
·  Physical and Functional Architecture analysis and definition for Complex Systems
·  Requirement traceability management through IBM Doors
·  Experience on System Verification and Validation
·  Customer Management
·  Supplier management
·  Sub System technical management:
·  Sub System Requirements definition and allocation
·  Physical and Functional Interface Management
·  Sub System Physical and Functional Integration (Integration Testing)
·  Sub System Verification Methods and Test Procedures definition for Acceptance (FAT, SAT, HAT)
·  Design Constraints Management
·  Technical Risk Analysis and Risk Assessment

The candidate has a Master Degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent disciplines.

The candidate is a fast learner, independent, flexible and able to work within interdisciplinary groups. Deep knowledge of English language is mandatory.

 

Specific skills

·  Good communication skills both in Italian and in English.
·  System Engineering Experience on Military Complex Systems (e.g. Weapon Systems, Surveillance and Tracking Systems, UAS).
·  Preferable experience on Combat Systems and/or Missile Systems integration.
·  Knowledge and application of MIL-STD-498 for program milestone documentation.
