Since our project portfolio is growing, we are looking for Software Testers to join the AKKA family in Eindhoven!

Your role

As Software Tester you will be part of a multidisciplinary and international team.

The Software Tester is responsible for:

·  Identifying and prioritizing gaps in test coverage (risk based testing)
·  Test specification in line with the overall test strategy
·  Test automation (Python)
·  Creating solutions for missing or failing test cases
·  Deploying customer use cases
·  Reporting on software test status on both unit and function level
·  Have a hands-on role in the implementation of test improvements

Your profile

·  BSc or MSc in Computer Science or comparable
·  You have a broad knowledge of test methodologies
·  You have at least 2 years’ experience in developing and implementing test cases for complex in-product software systems
·  You have industry experience with object oriented analysis and software testing
·  You have experience in test automation with Python on Unix/ Linux
·  You have knowledge of agile/scrum  
·  You are an EU citizen or you currently have an (EU) work permit
