Requirements Engineer
Role: Systems require access to OEM-specific infrastructure
(e.g. AVON/KPM for VW which requires a site TISAX certification)
Task Description:
Identifying battery requirements (Interview stakeholders, Analysis of documents)
Documentation of battery requirements (Transfer of requirements in review-secure documents (PTC Integrity, DOORS; natural language documentation; model-based documentation like UML, Use Cases and constitutional diagrams)
Verification and Alignment (correctness in regards to content; through stakeholders)
Administration of versioning, change requests, adjustment of requirements/document of changes
System Knowledge:
- MS Office
- AVW (VW-Variante von PTC Integrity)
=> AVW training necessary
- PTC Integrity
- DOORS
- DOORS Extension Language (DXL)
- KPM
- DMS
- JIRA
Other Necessary Requirements:
Knowledge of OEM specific development processes (e.g. VW, Daimler) a plus
Experience and motivation/enjoying working with international teams and projects

Possible degree: Graduate Engineer Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or any automotive subject
Unified Modeling Language (UML)
ASPICE Certification (preferable)
Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) nach International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB)
First professional experience in automotive background (OEM knowledge)
HV or Charging working experience
Structured, analytical and independent work style
Strong communication skills (spoken & written) and the able to convey information internally as well as to the customer
