Your main responsibilities will be:
Oversee and coordinate activities on the shopfloor, ensuring smooth operations align with project goals.
Assist in organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and generating protocols.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project lead, including correspondence management, scheduling, and documentation.
Monitor and manage project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and communicating any schedule conflicts to stakeholders.
Create and prepare presentations for meetings or project updates. Proficiency in presentation software/tools is required.
Facilitate basic technical connections or understanding relevant to the project. Collaborate with technical teams when necessary.
Profile
The ideal candidate has:
Proficiency in German and English at a C1 level, both written and verbal.
Ability to read, interpret, and manage time schedules effectively.
Knowledge of preparing and delivering presentations to a high standard.
Familiarity with technical aspects related to the project or industry.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and ensure attention to detail.
Flexible approach to handle changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues as required.
