Your main responsibilities will be
Preparing the assembly process planning of subsystems of new vehicle series/part assemblies in a solitary and Mix-Model-Production
Planning and creation of work sequences and work steps for comprehensive process chains
Determination of target times according to MTM-C values
Creation of specifications for customer procurement
Capacity planning of the production
Preparation of allocation plans for complex means of production
Ensuring the technical control of tasks in one or several medium-sized projects
Ensuring and implementing the preparation and communication of production trends and developments
Profile
The ideal candidate has:
Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, production engineering or a comparable qualification
Solid experience in the field of Production planning
Independent coordination of the assigned tasks as well as safe implementation of labor management analyzes according to the MTM-C method, ideally other MTM modules are mastered
Experience in moderating and conducting workshops in connection with a structured and independent way of working
Good knowledge of German
Nice to have:
MTM practitioner training
Safe handling of Ipolog, Dialog, Proplan, Engineering-Client, EAB-IT systems
Good knowledge of English
Hybrid opportunity with mainly home office.
