The main job responsibilities will be:
● Responsible for platform hardware architecture, other components to support a scalable system solution
● Design, develop, and analyze overall platform architecture and partitioning of features onto efficient hardware in order to meet use cases and workloads in terms of performance, scalability, manageability, reliability, and security requirements.
● Drive the concept design, prototyping, engineering, testing, release and launch of a cutting-edge compute platform for ADAS/IVI/Central while meeting cost, efficiency, reliability, and safety goals
● Build strong silicon supplier working relationships to understand product portfolio, technical performance capabilities, supply chain, and technology roadmaps
● Support performance specifications for computing platform based on target SoCs enabling component team to facilitate on-time sourcing activities in accordance with component development needs and vehicle program timing requirements
Profile
Basic Qualifications
● Minimum of 3 years of experience with Automotive Engineering Experiences
● Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art hardware systems, software tools and algorithms for interfaces required for sensors, actuators, firmware development, in-vehicle bus architectures, in-vehicle CPU/GPU computing platforms
● Experience in EE architecture topologies, software architecture, safety MCU/MPU, SoCs
● Experience with electrical interfaces PCIe, HDMI, and DDRx, high speed interconnects
● Experience in thermal load, power management, redundant computing on ECU level
● Excellent ability to work in a team and within a complex global organization
● High sense of independence and self-responsibility
● Ability to organize and follow-through
● Good knowledge of English language as STELLANTIS conducts business in English
● Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Preferred Qualifications
● Working level knowledge of Vehicle Bus (e.g. CAN FD, ETH, etc.) tools for data collection and analysis
● Deep expertise in creating safe and efficient system architectures and complex hardware-software systems including knowledge of testing
● Experience in component and system integration, testing and verification on system and vehicle level
● Knowledge of applicable safety standards including ISO 26262, Euro NCAP, and other regulations, industry benchmarks and customer requirements
