What do you do all day ?

 In your role as IT Project Manager Laboratory Solutions, you will facilitate and coordinate the implementation of laboratory application portfolio required to build an innovative Biotechnology Development capability.

 In addition, you will describe and document the overall architecture – maintaining an actionable implementation plan will complete your mission.

 In an international, and scientific working environment, you will closely cooperate with IT domain leads, process owners and external partners.

 The role will partner with various IT functions who have ownership of the implementation and design of the laboratory applications in scope.

Further you must interact with IT Infrastructure and IT Security experts to build a comprehensive implementation plan.

Your responsibilities:

 Interact with IT domain leads, IT project leads and IT experts to ensure applications design and implementation plan is build and support actively timely delivery
Monitor and facilitate the execution of this implementation plan by taken appropriate action
Facilitate partnering with process stakeholders to guarantee requirements are evaluated and integrated in design and planning
Translate Technical plan, design, and specification into an impactful language for users and managements to allow strategic controlling and decision making
Document a detailed IT System architecture.
Interact with external Engineering Office and process owners to connect the application landscape to processes and facility equipment.
Act as technical sounding board for IT domain leads to stimulate discussion about technical feasibility.
Align your design work with the overall project management activities

 

Profile

Your profile:

You have a deep technical understanding of Development Laboratory applications like LIMS, Electronic Note Books, Chromatography system, Reporting Solution, etc.
This is enriched with a solid knowledge of analytical equipment used in laboratories
Documented experience in project management, solution design, and Implementation in laboratory; evidence of at least 2 examples in your professional career is expected
You should provide working experience in a controlled environment (e.g. GxP), preferred in Pharma;
Proven evidence should be provided, which demonstrate your capabilities to translate complex technical context into impactful communication. in writing and speak.
Track record should be available to show successful collaboration in (international) teams
Fluent English is a must
