We are a multi-cultural team dealing with every aspect of marketing. You will gain significant insights into the specificities of the Cyber Security industry, the generalities of marketing and the daily life of a business positioned on a very competitive market.

Location: Ottobrunn
Start: 01.07.2019 / as soon as possible
Duration: 6 months

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will cover the following activities:
- Support of project management and bid management
- Administrative support (incl. preparation of revenue generation and invoicing)
- Tracking actual spend and forecasting future costs, adjusting programme forecasts
- Support Resource Management
- Support Risk & Opportunity Management
- Support Schedule Management
- Flexibility to opt-in and drive other tasks

Required skills

You offer:
- Enrolled full time student within Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or similar field of study
- Strong Focus on accuracy
- PMO: strong interest to learn more
- Interest for the cyber world (have a look at: https://airbus-cyber-security.com/)
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German and/or French is a plus

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
