Working Student (d/f/m) Digitalization Officer for Programme Management

European Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS), or short: Eurodrone, showcases how European industry can find innovative ways to support strategic defence autonomy of Europe. The industrial set-up with Airbus Defence and Space GmbH (Germany) as prime contractor in front of the customer (OCCAR: Organisation Conjointe de Coopération en matière d’Armement) and Airbus SAU (Spain), Leonardo (Italy) and Dassault Aviation (France) as Major SubContractors is another demonstration how Airbus is the leading company uniting Europe. 

The Eurodrone Program is organized in Product Delivery Team (PDTs) and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) ensuring a cross-national, cross-company multi-functional integration and delivery of sub-products.

Efficiency of the development cycle is supported by a plateau located in Ingolstadt (Manching site) where all key actors are cooperating under one roof.

We are seeking a highly motivated working student to join our team of PDT Ground Station as a Digitalization Officer for Programme Management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint and project management in general, while contributing to the digitalization of our new aircraft development project.

As the Digitalization Officer for Programme Management, you will be responsible for digitalizing the project management environment using Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint. This includes setting up workflows, creating and assigning tasks, tracking progress, and mastering the challenge of artificial intelligence within Jira. You will work closely with the project manager and the rest of the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, on cost , on quality.

Your tasks and responsibilities

· 
Digitalize the project management environment using Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint.

· 
Collaborate with stakeholders and identify potential improvement areas.

· 
Set up workflows, create and assign tasks, and track progress using Jira.

· 
Master the challenge of artificial intelligence within Jira.

· 
Support the project manager and the rest of the project team as needed in action recording and tracking.

· 
Participate in reporting activities to make them leaner and more valuable.

· 
Discover Performance Management routines and promote best practices.

 Desired skills and qualifications

· 
Currently full time enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.

· 
Strong interest in project management and digitalization.

· 
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint is a plus.

· 
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· 
Strong personal initiative and practical problem solving.

· 
Reliable, adaptable and independent way of working with a hands on mindset.

· 
Good organization skills with regards to self- and time management.

· 
Very good English skills (written and verbal), German would be a plus.
