A VIE position as Global Mobility Partner (m/f) has arisen within Global Mobility Management department at Airbus in Singapore.
This 12 month’s duration contract will start on the 1st of July, 2019 at the earliest. (Renewable once)
Your missions and activities will also be as follows:
Accountabilities:
- Lead the new host approach project in Singapore and the whole region, coordinate with central Global Mobility Management (GMM) project team, mainly responsible for country specifications of the new host policy in Singapore and China
- Support all the GMM related operations and activities in Singapore, provide guidance and supports to the HRBPs and business around Global Mobility Management related policy, cost, process matters
Main activities:
- New Host Approach Project: According to the global guideline of the new host approach, combine the best local practices and process to design and develop the country specifications for Singapore and China
- Local Process Management: based on the new host approach project, support local HR team review and define an efficient local implementation process
- Supplier Management: based on the new host approach project, support local HR team define local vendor strategy, including define vendor service scope, review work flow and select the right vendor
- Data Maintain: support local Reward team for maintaining GMM related database and documentation in an accurate and timely manner, such as immigration, accommodation, monthly report, lease agreement, supplier contract etc, contribute to the local database integration project by providing innovative perspectives
Outputs:
- New host approach country specifications for Singapore and China
- The efficiency and accuracy of related local process, vendor management and database maintain generated by the new host approach
This role could involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
You have the following skills and experience:
- Educated to a 5 year’s degree in Human resources or Business Administration.
- Ability to work well with colleagues in a culturally and internationally diverse environment.
- Soft skills: Service and detail oriented, good interpersonal skill, proactive, reliable, good team player
- Fluent in English
- Good communication (both written and spoken) skills in English
