Description of the job
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Tasks
Working closely with the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager, the successful candidate will provide support on a variety of national and transnational initiatives at various stages of their deployment.
As a key member of the C&B team, they will:
¤ Liaise with various stakeholders, including the HRBPs, other Centres of Competence and support functions e.g. Finance from within Airbus Defence and Space and the wider Airbus Group.
¤ Support the C&B Manager to achieving group initiatives under PULSE and work towards harmonisation across the Airbus Group and participate/ contribute to activities linked to the remuneration and benefits in the UK.
¤ Participate and contribute to the design and implementation of policies in all areas of Reward
¤ Support / deliver consistent implementation of C&B processes and tools.
Key role in the day-to-day management and coordination of the following HR topics (including but not exclusive to);
* Childcare vouchers
* Commuters / Company cars
* Flexible Benefits
* Executive health assessment
* General queries and administration
* General salary review
* Invoices, liaise with finance as ad when required
* Purchase orders; liaise with procurement as and when required
* Shares schemes: ESOP, SIP, Free share plan
* AIRWARD/Non-monetary awards
* Success share
* UK detached duty
Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills plus proactive and professional approach to work (essential)
- IT literate, competent in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Able to use initiative, "think outside the box" and prioritise own workload according to timescales and deadlines
- Some work experience, particularly within an HR environment, preferred but not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills
