CHINA VIE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING - 2 years of professionnal experiences are mandatory. Internships and work placements during the studies are not taken into account.

To be eligible for the V.I.E program, the candidate must be of French nationality or a national of a country in the European Economic Area and be between 18 and 28 years old.
·
To be eligible for a category B work permit, V.I.E candidates must provide evidence of a degree equivalent to a Chinese BAC+4 (*Bachelor’s degree in France) or higher and 2 years' professional experience relevant to the position applied for. These 2 years of experience must be after the date of obtaining the minimum diploma required (Bachelor's degree). They will also be taken into account in case that they take place between the Bachelor's degree and the Master's degree, for example. The 2 years' experience must be full-time. Internships and work placements during the studies will not be taken into account.
Your challenges:
Driving and leading on GP China transformation projects to achieve operational excellence and bring in added value, including but not limited to innovation, digitization, sustainability, new way of working, team related projects, mainly in below 3 pillars:
GP operational support & performance:
Supporting buyers on operational issues when needed, such as local archiving, supplier sustainability assessment drumbeating, Supplier Code of Conduct completion, GP saving, Call For Tender plan, etc.
Coordinating with relevant commodity buyers and suppliers to develop action plans to meet targets and follow up.
GP tools management:
Maintaining and optimising GP tools.
Supporting setup and standardisation on the usage of CnS (GP CFT tool); increasing the buyer community’s knowledge of CnS and promoting usage of more functions so as to improve efficiency.
Collaborating among GP regional communities to explore and drive the implementation of CnB/CnO;
Working closely with commodity buyers, local stakeholders and central team on SAP user experience improvement, system maintenance and update, etc.
Other GP transversal projects
OTV: communicating with central GP and other regional office to get experience sharing on OTV projects; collaborating with local commodity buyers to understand local needs; leading CFT for local OTV; developing local policy for OTV usage and obtaining management validation; cascading the policy to internal users/requesters and follow up.
This role may involve some travel for business within China and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Your boarding pass:
● Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Procurement/Supply Chain/Business or a related discipline.
● Existing experience in Procurement would be an asset.
