Airbus Defence and Space A400M Services Germany located in Garbsen/Wunstorf is the in-country service provider for the German A400M fleet. In order to optimize the process in the frame of GAF A400M material quality check in the framework of MRO Network (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) in Spain, a Quality Assurance Warehouse position is raised and based in ZAL Services logistic warehouse in Seville within Quality Material Services.
Our Team
You will be part of the Quality Material Services department in Tablada site, which has a wide variety of quality projects and services. This dynamic and collaborative team works closely with internal business units, local teams and external stakeholders. As Quality Assurance Officer Warehouse in ZAL logistic warehouse you will be involved in exciting new initiatives in the area of Quality Services to improve the material management under DEMM contract.
Your tasks:
Within the scope of this position, you will be in charge of:
- Qualified acceptance of material deliveries within the frame of incoming/outcoming inspection
- Checking and validating of all delivered Information against the customer’s order.
- Creation of discrepancies in different Airbus systems and supporting its resolution. Issuing ZK-labels
- Issue the proper documentation IAW to customer contract
- Checking and validating of all delivered CoC information
- Leading and driving the resolution of quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting
the measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements.
- Increasing process performance and product adherence to standards
- Increasing reliability of processes and the repeatability of processes before any process changes are
made and continuously through the life of a product.
- Providing Q performance visibility gathering and updating the adequate KPI scorecard.
- Launching the adequate corrective and preventive actions to solve discrepancies iaw KPIs results: Non
conformances or customer complains.
- Managing and solving customer claims and customer issues for Material Services scope and providing
back-office support.
- Coordinating with Airbus Support Centers and their Q representatives.
- Driving sustainable and continuous improvement through effective and efficient processes to deliver
Customer satisfaction in compliance with our regulatory obligations.
- Manage corrective action plans to avoid re-occurrences and therefore reduce the number of deviations
- Optimize current Inspection activities
- Carry out investigations and root cause analysis from reported quality / technical issues, PPS (Practical
Problem Solving) and CNQ.
- Contribute to the integrity of the Quality System in front of Official regulations/requirements (Part 21,
Part 145, Peram 145). Ensure compliance with maintenance normative/regulation.
The skills required
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline
- Between 1- 3 years of experience in Quality/Production/Engineering/Logistics
- Knowledge in Lean and Process improvement methods would be a plus
- Knowledge in Quality will be a plus
- Knowledge in Quality IT tool knowledge will be a plus
- Proactive person
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized & structured
- Advanced level in English and Spanish
- Availability to travel to Germany
- Early career experience will be a plus
