VIE- US HR Digital Specialist & AI Americas  (ALL GENDER)

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience

abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old

• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

A VIE HR Digital & AI Americas (ALL GENDER) has arisen within Airbus Americas in Herndon, VA US. You will join the HR Digital Department.

The HR Digital & AI VIE Americas is accountable for supporting the successful implementation and adoption of digital HR tools and AI-driven solutions across the region. This individual will act as a key contributor to projects aimed at

modernizing HR functions, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing

data-driven decision-making. They will be responsible for ensuring that new

technologies align with HR strategy and deliver a seamless user experience for

employees and managers.

The jobholder will closely collaborate with stakeholders and senior members to assist with change evolution; and will report to the Head of HR Digital Transformation North America.  

Your main tasks will include: 

· 
Project Support & Implementation: Assist the HR Digital North America teams in deploying new HR technologies (e.g., HRIS
modules, recruitment software, learning platforms).
This includes project planning, testing, and change management activities.

· 
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate insights and create dashboards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital HR initiatives and report on their impact. 

· 
AI & Automation Projects: Participate in the exploration and
implementation of AI tools for HR, such as chatbots for employee queries, predictive analytics for talent management, and
automation of repetitive tasks.

· 
User Support & Training: Act as a point of contact for employees and HR business partners regarding new digital tools. Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure successful adoption.

· 
Technology Watch & Benchmarking: Stay informed about the
latest trends in HR technology and AI. Conduct research and
benchmark best practices to propose innovative solutions for the organization.

· 
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR Business Partners, and global HR Digital teams, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

· 
Project Deliverables & Process Improvement

· 
Successful Project Support: Contribute to the on-time and on-budget completion of at least one major HR technology or AI implementation project during the mission.

· 
Process Documentation: Develop clear documentation and process maps for new digital HR workflows to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer.

· 
Innovation Proposal: Research and present at least one well-defined proposal for a new digital tool or AI application that could solve a specific HR challenge in the North American region. 

· 
Data Analytics & Reporting

· 
HR Dashboards : Create and maintain at least one
interactive dashboard (e.g., using Power BI or Tableau) to track key HR metrics related to
recruitment, employee engagement, or retention.

· 
Actionable Insights : Produce regular analytical reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for HR Business Partners and leadership.

· 
Data Quality : Identify and help resolve data integrity issues within HR systems to improve the reliability of analytics and reporting.

· 
Technology Adoption & User Enablement

· 
Training Materials : Develop a comprehensive set of user-friendly training resources (e.g., guides, short videos, FAQs) for a newly implemented HR system.

· 
User Satisfaction: Achieve a high user satisfaction rate (e.g., >85%) on post-training surveys, demonstrating effective knowledge transfer.

· 
Support Efficiency : Reduce the volume of basic user support queries by creating effective self-service resources and acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for complex issues.

This role will involve some travel for business, less than 10% within North America, and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Your boarding pass: 

You have the following skills and experience:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

· 
More than 2 years working experience in HR with a previous
experience with the group

· 
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Slides, Sheets and Gemini. 

· 
Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms is a significant plus.

· 
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Skywise) is highly desirable.

· 
Experience with object-oriented programming (using JavaScript, Google Apps Script) is a plus.

· 
A basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their application in a business context.

· 

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Votre Mission :

En tant que VIE RH Digital & IA Amériques, vous serez responsable de soutenir la mise en œuvre et l'adoption d'outils RH numériques et de solutions basées sur l'intelligence artificielle à travers la région. Vous contribuerez activement aux projets visant à moderniser les fonctions RH, à améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et à renforcer la prise de décision basée sur les données.

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable du Digitale RH pour l'Amérique du Nord, vous veillerez à ce que les nouvelles technologies s'alignent sur la stratégie RH tout en offrant une expérience utilisateur fluide.

Vos missions principales incluront :

· 
Support aux projets et implémentation : Assister au déploiement de nouvelles technologies RH (modules SIRH, logiciels de recrutement, plateformes de formation). Cela comprend la planification, les tests et l'accompagnement au changement.

· 
Analyse de données et reporting : Collecter et interpréter les données RH pour créer des tableaux de bord et suivre les
indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).

Votre carte d'embarquement :

Formation et Expérience :

Master en Ressources Humaines, Administration des Affaires, Systèmes d'Information, Data Science ou domaine connexe.

Plus de 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en RH, idéalement avec une expérience préalable au sein du groupe.

Compétences Techniques :

·
