Ihre Aufgaben:

· 
Teamleitung „High Volume OCT“ mit Zuweisung von Arbeiten innerhalb des Aufgabengebietes und damit verbundener Personaleinsatzplanung

· 
Planung und Kontrolle der notwendigen Ressourcen

· 
Verantwortlich für die FAL (Final Assembly Line), Aufbau und Durchführung von Tests an optischen Terminals in Serienfertigung

· 
Sicherstellung termingerechter und wirtschaftlicher Auftragsdurchführungen

· 
Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Eliminierung nicht wertschöpfender Tätigkeiten

· 
Optimierung der FAL in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosten und Durchlaufzeit

· 
Motivation und Förderung von Mitarbeitern

Ihre Qualifikationen:

· 
Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium

· 
Erfahrung in der Prüfung von optischen Baugruppen und Systemen ist wünschenswert

· 
Erfahrung im Führen von Teams ist von Vorteil

· 
Hohes Engagement und Flexibilität sowie zuverlässiges und selbständiges Arbeiten

· 
Kommunikationsgeschick sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern

· 
Verbindliches Auftreten in Verbindung mit hoher Stressresilienz und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie hohes Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

· 
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
