Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Organisation des Teams Kostenrechnung und Controlling;

Business Partner für die Bereichsverantwortlichen in allen Finanzangelegenheiten

Aussagefähige Finanzberichte zur Darstellung der Geschäftsentwicklung bereitstellen

· 
Entscheidungsvorlagen erarbeiten  bzw. Korrekturmaßnahmen einleiten und durchsetzen

· 
Den jährlichen Geschäftsplanungsprozesses koordinieren und unterjährige Forecasts erstellen

· 
Soll-/Ist Vergleiche und entsprechende Abweichungs- und Ursachenanalyse erstellen

· 
Chancen und Risiken identifizieren und verfolgen

· 
Fachbereiche durch Industrie-, Personal- und Investitionscontrolling unterstützen

· 
BAB nach internen und externen Vorgaben (öffentliches Preisrecht) erstellen

· 
Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgerrechnungen erstellen

· 
Kostenentwicklung überwachen

· 
Angebots- und Begleitkalkulationen auf Anforderung der Fachabteilungen erstellen

· 
Reporting an den Konzern

· 
Bei Verhandlungen mit dem öffentlichen Auftraggeber mitwirken

· 
Erster Ansprechpartner in der Finanzabteilung für Prüfungen durch Preisüberwachungsstelle und Bundeswehr

· 
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung von internen Strukturen und Abläufen sowie der digitalen Prozesse

· 
Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von KPIs sowie Finanzprozesse, -methoden und -tools hinsichtlich Wirksamkeit, Transparenz und Harmonisierung

· 
Treffen von Entscheidungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team Buchhaltung und Treasury

Ihre Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen:

· 
Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an einer Hochschule oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender langjähriger Berufserfahrung

· 
Langjährige Erfahrung als Controller bzw. Kostenrechner sowie möglichst als Teamleiter in der Finanzabteilung eines großen bzw. mittelständischen Unternehmens

· 
Erfahrung im Bereich der Jahres- und Monatsabschlusserstellung

· 
Vertiefte Kenntnisse der deutschen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (HGB/IFRS)

· 
Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

· 
Sehr gute ERP-Softwarekenntnisse (BaaN, Infor LN und/oder SAP) in den Finanz-Modulen

· 
Vorhandene Erfahrung im Buchhaltungs-Bereich bzw. enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung wünschenswert

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

· 
Leading, developing, and organizing the Cost Accounting and Controlling team; Business Partner for the department heads in all financial matters

· 
Providing meaningful financial reports to represent business development

· 
Preparing decision papers and initiating and implementing corrective measures

· 
Coordinating the annual business planning process and creating forecasts throughout the year

· 
Creating target/actual comparisons and corresponding deviation and root cause analyses

· 
Identifying and tracking opportunities and risks

· 
Supporting departments through industrial, personnel, and investment controlling

· 
Creating the cost allocation sheet (BAB) according to internal and external requirements (public price law)

· 
Creating cost center and cost object accounting

· 
Monitoring cost development

· 
Preparing quote and project cost calculations at the request of the specialist departments

· 
Reporting to the Group

· 
Assisting in negotiations with the public contracting authority

· 
First point of contact in the finance department for audits by the Price Monitoring Office and the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr)

· 
Continuous development and improvement of internal structures and workflows as well as digital processes

· 
Optimizing and further developing KPIs as well as financial processes, methods, and tools with regard to effectiveness, transparency, and harmonization

· 
Making decisions in close coordination with the Accounting and Treasury team

Your Skills and Qualifications:

· 
A degree in Business Administration from a university or a comparable education with corresponding long-term professional experience

· 
Many years of experience as a Controller or Cost Accountant, as well as preferably as a Team Leader in the finance department of a large or medium-sized company

· 
Experience in the preparation of annual and monthly financial statements

· 
In-depth knowledge of German and international accounting standards (HGB/IFRS)

· 
Good written and spoken English skills

· 
Very good ERP software skills (BaaN, Infor LN, and/or SAP) in the finance modules

· 
Previous experience in the accounting department or close cooperation with accounting is desirable
