Job Description:

You will be part of the Supply Engineering and will contribute as a key stakeholder of the Customer Care Centre in the resolution of supply related topics (A/C structural parts, systems, tooling) to better support, satisfy and retain our customers. ​Your technical expertise and advice will be used to enable the best possible supply solution for the customers and to a variety of stakeholders. Your main stakeholders are Customer Care Centre (Daily & Major Repairs), Satair, PMRS. You will give cross-programme and cross-natco support in conjunction with the Supply Engineering team, ensuring multi-ATA competence.

·  Answers spares engineering queries via TechRequest.

·  Assists external suppliers with technical knowledge and data supply.

·  Answers technical queries in support of the Satair procurement teams.

·  Identifies and analyzes alternative part numbers.

·  Handles obsolete raw material and manufacturing processes with the support of Engineering teams.

·  Provides stakeholders with required data thru DEX process.

·  Provides technical support to suppliers.

·  Handles creation/update of master data in local SAP Tools under delegation scope if needed.

·  Checks production/FAL stocks and trigger Production Parts Rob process with the approval of FAL based local Spares engineering teams.

·  Triggers the Leasing and Exchange processes with SATAIR (IRSS)

·  Identifies suppliers when unknown.

·  Performs stock check: Satair, FAL and Supplier directly or indirectly (with 1S support)

·  Ensure completion of supply engineering administrative related tasks.

·  Prepares RDTS used for ICY coverage and installation of alternative P/N not covered in the documentation published by Airbus.

·  Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct. 

·  Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.
