Structural Stress Engineer / 構造強度設計エンジニア

Job Description:

1) Perform Static, fatigue and dynamic stress analysis for Aero structures in metallic and Composites structural designs

2) Stress report preparation by using classical hand calculation approach and Use of Finite Element Methods(Hypermesh, Optistruct, Nastran)

3) Test plan/record preparation for static load test

4) Provide technical solutions from conceptual to detailed design stage

5) Prepare, participate all design review part or AHJ development process

6) In all, to apply airworthiness rules as well as internal standards.

7) To exchange with central (AH / AHD) on technical aspect such as latest technology, product policy, design review

8) To survey state of the art technology evolutions, and proactively think about their application

2) 強度検討書の作成（計算及びFinite Element Methods(Hypermesh, Optistruct, Nastran)）

3) 静荷重試験に関する試験手順書/報告書の作成

4) 概念設計から詳細設計段階における技術的ソリューションの提供

5) 全てのデザインレビューの準備及び参加

6) 全業務に関して、耐空性及び法令の遵守

7) 本社(AH/AHD)との最新技術、製品ポリシー、デザインレビュー等の技術的な意見交換

8) 設計品質向上のための最先端技術調査

< Requirement / 要件 >

Degree or diploma of mechanical engineering

機械工学系の大学、専門学校卒業者

Experience of the use of 3D CAD, Model

3D CAD、Modelの操作経験

Experience of stress analysis creation

強度解析書の作成経験

Experience in use of classical hand calculation for stress analysis

計算による強度解析の経験

Experience in use of classical / FEM for stress analysis

FEMによる強度解析の経験

English skill of document preparation

英語で書類作成が可能な方

Japanese skill of communication

日本語でのコミュニケーション能力

＜ Desirable /あれば望ましい＞

Experience in performing stress analysis for Aero structures

航空構造に対する強度解析の実施経験

Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards, FAR / EASA / JCAB Regulations

航空業界の技術基準の知識(FAA/EASA/JCAB)

Experience in HYPERMESH OPTISTRUCT, NASTRAN, FEMAP

HYPERMESH OPTISTRUCT, NASTRAN, FEMAPの使用経験

Experience of certification plan creation

適合性の証明計画書の作成経験

English skill of communication

英語でのコミュニケーション能力
