Description of the job :
A vacancy for an Electric M&T Subject Matter Expert (m/f) has arisen with Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse. You will join ESCAMF M&T and Support France Plateau department.

Part of our mission is to Define and own AIRFRAME DATA MANAGEMENT Referential of Electrical Design skills by:

• Providing Strategy, Methods and Tools to the AIRFRAME COMMUNITY (MCAs and Extended Enterprise),
• Ensuring the interfaces with its stakeholders (manufacturing, customer service, cabin...)

In order to fulfil the A/C Program objectives all along the A/C lifecycle.

You will be part of the development of the future electrical process. As part of Airbus strategic program, Digital Design Manufacturing & Services program (DDMS), the aim is to define and implement a new electric PLM for the next generation A/C.

To succeed in his mission, Electric M&T is now organized in an Agile Release Train, applying SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), promoting collaboration between Business & Tools development teams.

In this context the job holder, will be in charge to:

• Define future M&T improvements by applying Model Based System Engineering concept,
• Coordinate and make the daily interface with the IT system Editors,
• Animate working session with end-user to define the future way of working, skills, roles.

As the successful candidate, you will take part to this ambitious initiative to this disruptive approach for electrical PM&T to provide the best integrated electric information system for next A/C generation.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Manage the backlog and guide the development team,
• Define the minimum valuable product to match customers’ needs,
• Ensure communication with all stakeholders,
• Split features in user stories with the scrum team and ensure the definition of the acceptance criteria,
• Provide support to the scrums teams developers in their daily tasks to secure that the solution meet customers expectation,
• Test developed solutions,
• Ensure that the developed are properly documented,
• Build awareness and training materials,
• Attend ART & teams ritual as daily stand-up, iteration planning, iteration review and retrospective, PI planning.

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills :
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some or all of the following skills and competences:

• Model Based System Engineering,
• Innovative mindset & curiosity,
• Knowledge in functional electrics or electrical installation design and or manufacturing,
• Electrical Method & tools knowledge,
• Ability to work effectively in a transnational team,
• Negotiation level English, both verbal and written,
• Team spirit,
• Agile Methodology knowledge will be appreciated,
• Communication skills.
