Une offre de stage intitulée  « Stage en gestion de projet Conformité  (ALL GENDER) »  vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Helicopters sur son site de Marignane.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique au sein du département «   EQII AS&Q DIGITAL OPERATIONAL SOLUTIONS », qui est en charge de la définition de nouvelles solutions digitales pour la fonction Qualité.

Mission du stage :  

Durant votre stage, vous participerez à l’optimisation des outils digitaux utilisés par Airbus pour réaliser la documentation de Conformité pour l’ensemble de sa gamme d’hélicoptères (H160, H175, Super Puma, NH90, Tigre, Légers). 

Le développement de nos futurs appareils, les innovations technologiques et des contraintes externes (réglementations, clients, services officiels) justifient le besoin de continuellement faire évoluer nos outils pour améliorer la documentation transmise à nos clients.

Vous serez donc acteur du changement au sein d’une entreprise leader dans son domaine !

Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de  6 mois  commencera en  Février 2025  (date sujette à flexibilité).

Tâches et responsabilités :

Votre tuteur/tutrice de stage vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. 

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes:

· 
Réalisation d’un Gemba afin de rencontrer les utilisateurs Conformité sur le terrain pour de comprendre leurs problématiques 

· 
Suite à cela, deux missions vous seront confiées : 

· 
État des lieux des outils Conformité utilisés sur les sites de Marignane, Donauwörth (Allemagne), Albacete (Espagne) et Helibras (Brésil) et AHi (USA)

· 
Gestion de projet pour l’amélioration et l’optimisation de solutions digitales : 

· 
Écoute de la voix du client (VOC)

· 
Définition et priorisation des besoins

· 
Rédaction du cahier des charges fonctionnel, qui sera présenté aux équipes informatiques en charges du développement

· 
Validation des modifications avec les process owners

· 
Planification et suivi de l’avancement des améliorations

· 
Tests des modifications logicielles avec les équipes informatiques

· 
Implémentation des modifications en environnement de production

· 
Formation et accompagnement des utilisateurs

· 
Mise à jour de la documentation de formation

Votre carte d’embarquement :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de l’ingénierie industrielle, management de projet ou une discipline apparentée.

Mission of the internship: 

During your internship, you will participate in the optimization of digital tools used by Airbus to produce the Conformity documentation for its entire range of helicopters (H160, H175, Super Puma, NH90, Tiger, Lights). 

The development of our future helicopters, technological innovations and external constraints (regulations, customers, official services) justify the need to continuously evolve our tools to improve the documentation transmitted to our clients.

You will be a change actor within a leading company in its field!

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in February 2025 (date subject to flexibility).

Tasks and responsibilities:

Your internship tutor will help you identify your professional goals and support you in developing your skills. 

Your main activities will be:

· 
Do a Gemba to meet the Conformity users on the shopfloor to understand their issues

· 
Following this, you will be given two missions: 

· 
State of play of the Conformity tools used on the Marignane, Donauwörth (Germany), Albacete (Spain) and Helibras (Brazil) and Colombus (USA) sites

· 
Project management for the improvement and optimization of digital solutions: 

· 
Listening to the voice of the client (VOC)

· 
Needs definition and prioritization

· 
Drafting of the functional specifications, which will be presented to IT teams in charge of development

· 
Validation of the modifications with process owners

· 
Planning and monitoring of progress on improvements

· 
Testing of software changes with IT teams

· 
Implementation of changes in production environment

· 
Training and support for users

· 
Update training documentation

 

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:
