Senior Production Manager

Job Description:

· 
Ensure Charts+ production cycle activities are completed on time to the required standard by organizing and delegating activities and report these updates to the HO Aerodata on a regular basis.

· 
Manage performance, motivate, coach team members across multiple sites and provide feedback to develop talent within the team.

· 
Manage administrative tasks including overtime, holidays, sick leaves, training records

· 
Lead / Coordinate improvement project(s) through solution definition, implementation, deployment i ncluding the harmonization with other teams in Aerodata

· 
Support customer account managers and senior management on customer calls, visits, and projects

· 
Represent the team and the company on internal and external forums and audits

· 
Recruit, onboard and train new team members

· 
Coordination of subcontractor activities
