Llevar a cabo una vigilancia adecuada. Participar / proponer, desarrollar y promover programas e iniciativas de salud y bienestar. Asegurarse de que los empleados sean conscientes de los riesgos; y los medios y métodos de prevención. Participar en la identificación y evaluación de grupos o individuos vulnerables y orientarlos en Medicina del Trabajo o hacia un especialista de referencia. Participar en la organización de emergencias y prestar los primeros auxilios.
