A vacancy for a SAP HCM Payroll specialist (f/m) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Getafe to join the Digital and Information Management function in the “ERP CoE Human Resources“ product and service line.
The ERP CoE Human Resources Service Line is at the heart of Airbus HR critical services (Payroll, time) and Airbus Digital Strategy. The selected candidate will jointly work - on the same plateau - with the HR Reward operations national teams, to design, maintain and put in motion the HR services enabled by SAP technology.
As SAP HCM specialist you will be in charge of working in a Business As Usual (BAU) environment leading change requests, enhancements and payroll related topics evaluating, implementing and providing support for updates and regulatory enhancements, LCPs, CLCs.
Provide technical & Functional consultation and configuration for SAP Payroll as per requirement like configuration of payroll rules and schemas, new wage type configuration and calculation, legal report configuration, tax configuration, standard payroll report configuration, account posting configuration, provide resolution of incidents/problems for the payroll and monitoring and fixing defects.
Analyze new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities as well as maintain and support the specific SAP Payroll solutions towards key users translating the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenarios.
You will have a key role in our transformation journey by moving our current deployment from ECC6 to a S4/Hana deployment.
Team environment :
We are a team composed of an ideal mix of 13 IT professionals supporting the product for our European core countries, complemented by an extended team of subcontractors and experts.
Your Responsibilities:

Organize workshops with the business to finalise the design
·
Implementation of all the legal changes mandatory for the Spain payroll.
·
Configure the SAP system conforming the agreed business requirements
·
Give the hypercare support.
·
LCPs campaign management

To be considered you will need to confirm one or several of the following points in your skills profile:

Digital acumen, in the ERP /SAP environment
·
Expert in SAP ES PY configuration
·
Expertise in the SAP HCM implementation.
·
Possess the high level of HR and payroll knowledge and the necessary competencies to deliver
·
Knowledge of the Spanish legislation regarding Payroll
·
Overall Experience in SAP technology , projects and applications
·
Educated to an University degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Aeronautics or a related discipline,
·
Language skills : An advanced level of English
·
SAP Fiori will be highly valuable
