Description of the job

A vacancy for a Recruitment Business Partner (m/w/d) has arisen within Airbus in Hamburg at the earliest possible start date. You will join the department 'Employment Operations Germany North'.

Your main mission will be to lead the staffing process by understanding the customer needs, attracting candidates, up to the selection of the most suitable candidate.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

- You are keen on analyzing, understanding and challenging the managers' needs, and converting them into appealing Job postings.
- You see yourself as consultant for the hiring managers in all recruiting aspects.
- You have an overview of future trends and recruiting channels and know where our target group is located and how you can inspire them for us.
- You are eager to appeal to and engage interesting candidates well before their potential application to Airbus.
- You establish and maintain long-term relationships with desirable candidates.
- You are highly interested in candidate's personalities by assessing them in telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- You actively promote candidates affected by redeployment initiatives concerning their professional mobility and you give feedback to candidates all along the recruitment process.
- You like to manage and contribute to international and cross-divisional projects and initiatives.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

- You have successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Social Sciences/Humanities, Psychology, or similar or a comparable training followed by several years of professional experience
- Preferably, you have profound experience in recruiting activities
- Your affinity for social media is high
- Your company and labour market knowledge is comprehensive
- Energetic, assertive, and open minded are attributes that describe your personality
- You are outgoing and have a winning mentality, and like to represent Airbus externally
- Your working style is autonomous, and you are open to remote management
- Your communication & negotiation skills are powerful- ideally peppered with sales experience, and your strong customer orientation is courteous
- You have a very good command of German and English (written and spoken)
- You have a willingness to travel
