Description of the job
A vacancy for a Project Management Business Partner (d/f/m) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Hamburg at the earliest possible start date. You will join the Project Management Business Partner FAL Single Aisle department.
You will support the A320-Team in Hamburg in all aspects of professional project management to achieve time, cost and performance objectives.

Tasks & accountabilities
What can you expect?
- Supporting & consulting the Project Leader of transformation projects
- Supporting & consulting of Business Units to increase and optimise the performance of their deliverables
- Being in charge of technical leadership & managing the Project Management Office (Airbus internal and subcontracted work packages)
- Establishing an end-to-end project plan and controlling all changes versus the initial plans
- Stakeholder Management

Required skills
What does your boarding pass look like?
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business administration or equivalent
- Extensive experience in Project Management and solid professional experience in Programmes
- Project Management certification or equivalent qualifications are highly welcomed
- Ideally experience in Aircraft production
- Experienced with digitalization projects
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- A negotiation level of German & English is required
This role will involve some travel for business (once a quarter) worldwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
