A vacancy for a Program and Industrial Integration Manager (m/f) has arisen within KID-Systeme in Buxtehude at the earliest possible start date. You will join the department “Marketing & Programs“.
KID-Systeme (100% subsidiary of Airbus) is a market-leading supplier of electronic cabin systems for passenger and corporate aircraft. The company's product portfolio encompasses seat power, on-board connectivity and wireless content services. Recently KID-Systeme enlarged their product range with a video security system, an advanced surveillance solution. KID-Systeme supplies the world's leading aircraft manufacturers, including Airbus, Boeing and Embraer.

Tasks & accountabilities
The Marketing & Program Management organisation is accountable for the strategic and operational implementation of KID's operational planning. Based on KID's vision, mission and strategic objectives we provide necessary criteria, in order to evaluate ideas from technical marketing, pre-development and other sources.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
· The elaboration of product portfolio management incl. investment and disinvestment plans (including project and risk management) is part of your responsibilities
· You take ownership for the product and service life cycle management process of avionics equipment, smart electronics and internet of things in cabin and cargo environment
· Data based marketing incl. product and service definition (e.g. data analytics/data science) based on a structured innovation process will be part of your job
· You are responsible for escalation management in case of deviations, moderating solution oriented recovery plans
· The establishment of business plans incl. i.e. business case, Go-To market strategy and competition analysis belongs to your tasks
· You define pricing strategies incl. sales constraints, frameworks and products
· You provide strategy and guidelines for market campaigns
· You ensure the operational and industrial readiness for the respective product and services
Required skills
You will have the following skills and experience:
· You have an university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
· You have several years of experience in finance controlling and general management or product and project management e.g. calculating business cases and/or innovation management
· Advanced experience in project management is part of your profile
· If you have engineering or production experience it would be a plus
· Assertiveness and self-confidence are part of your personality
· You don't shy off to handle several topics in parallel and to work in a fast changing environment
· Ideally you are able to motivate others
· You have an entrepreneurial mind-set and you love to take ownership for topics/projects
· You speak English fluently, German language skills would be a plus
