Responsibilities:

·  Control and carry out the processes of the chemical laboratory, through corporate systems and regulatory requirements, in order to guarantee the quality and monitoring required to meet the needs of internal and external customers and stakeholders.
·  Operating the industrial effluent treatment plant (ETEI), based on the approved technical documentation and the parameters agreed with the inspection body, with a view to ensuring the appropriate and necessary treatability of industrial effluents.
·  Controlling chemical products controlled by the competent public bodies, by completing the handling and use of these products in the appropriate document (e.g. Map Extract), as directed by the competent body (e.g. Federal Police), in order to obtain the Operating License Certificate (CLF).
·  Providing technical support to internal areas and interested parties, based on the survey or needs identified in the processes, with the aim of ensuring compliance with requirements or minimizing any risks.
·  Controlling the chemical products used by the chemical laboratory, using them in accordance with internal procedures, in order to ensure compliance with the budget.
·  Carrying out the tests intended for the chemical laboratory process (e.g. special processes related to surface treatment), using the resources applicable to each need, with a view to releasing the results in such a way as not to impact the production areas.

Requirements:

·  Completed technical training in Chemistry or completed higher education in Chemical Engineering.
·  Active CRQ.
·  Previous experience in the position.
·  Desirable: additional course or experience in effluent treatment, environmental management or good laboratory practices (GLP).
·  Good knowledge of technical and regulatory standards.
·  Experience with physical-chemical testing, including solution preparation, standardization, volumetric and gravimetric analysis.
·  Experience in the control and inventory of chemical reagents, including controlled substances.
·  Notions of chemical and environmental risk management.
·  Fluency in Portuguese (verbal, writing and reading).
·  Intermediate English is a plus.

Responsabilidades:

·  Controlar e realizar os processos do laboratório químico, através dos sistemas corporativos e requisitos normativos, visando garantir a qualidade e o monitoramento necessário para atendimento as necessidades dos clientes internos, externos e partes interessadas.
·  Operar a estação de tratamento de efluentes industriais (ETEI), com base da documentação técnica aprovada e os parâmetros acordados com a entidade fiscalizadora, visando a tratabilidade adequada e necessária para os efluentes industriais.
·  Realizar o controle dos produtos químicos controlados pelos órgãos públicos competentes, através do preenchimento do manuseio e utilização destes produtos no documento apropriado (ex: Extrato de Mapa), conforme orientação do órgão competente (ex: Policia Federal), visando a obtenção do Certificado de Licença de Funcionamento (CLF).
·  Apoiar tecnicamente às áreas internas e partes interessadas, com base no levantamento ou necessidades identificadas nos processos, com objetivo de garantir atendimento aos requisitos ou minimizar eventuais riscos.
·  Realizar o controle dos produtos químicos utilizados pelo laboratório químico, através da utilização em conformidade com os procedimentos internos, visando garantir o cumprimento do orçamento previsto.
·  Realizar os ensaios/testes destinados ao processo de laboratório químico (Ex: processos especiais relacionados ao tratamento de superfície), por meio dos recursos aplicáveis em cada necessidade, visando a liberação do resultado de forma a não impactar as áreas produtivas.

Requisitos:

·  Ensino técnico completo em Química ou ensino superior completo em Engenharia Química.
·  CRQ ativo.
·  Prévia experiência na função.
·  Desejável: curso complementar ou experiência com tratamento de efluentes, gestão ambiental, ou boas práticas laboratoriais (BPL).
·  Bom conhecimento de normas técnicas e regulatórias.
·  Experiência com ensaios físico-químicos, incluindo preparo de soluções, padronizações, análises volumétricas e gravimétricas.
·  Vivência em controle e inventário de reagentes químicos, incluindo substâncias controladas.
·  Noções de gestão de riscos químicos e ambientais.
·  Fluência em Português (verbal, escrita e leitura).
·  Será um diferencial Inglês intermediário.
