Ethics and Compliance
·
Implement, manage, and continuously improve the company's ethics and compliance program, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with our corporate values.
·
Identify and assess ethics & compliance risks.
·
Define and implement adequate internal policies and rules in line with Airbus E&C Programme.
·
Monitor and control the implementation of such policies through internal controls and subsequent procedures within the Airbus Group Business Units and subsidiaries.
·
Deliver engaging and effective ethics and compliance training for all employees, from new hires to senior leadership. Promote a culture of awareness and open communication .
·
Contribute to the Ethics & Compliance risk assessment and define mitigation actions.
·
Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on ethical questions and compliance matters in line with the Airbus Code of Conduct provisions.
·
Audit regularly the implementation of the internal policies.
Data Protection/ Data Privacy
·
Oversee compliance with the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws and regulations
·
Support the implementation and improvement of the Airbus data protection / data privacy programme;
·
Advise relevant business functions on implementation of data protection / data privacy requirements in their daily business;
·
Identify and evaluate company's data processing activities;
·
With the business, conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs);
·
Support teams to ensure privacy by design of systems and business processes;
·
Support mapping of personal data processing and maintenance of the group-wide register of data processings;
·
Support contractual negotiation of privacy terms with suppliers and customers;
·
Manage and respond to data subjects' exercise of their personal data / data privacy rights;
·
Perform audits;
·
Manage data privacy breaches;
·
Prepare and deliver privacy awareness sessions to relevant stakeholders and increase privacy culture within the organisation.
Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree required (Legal / Economics / Management/ Communication)
·
Experience:
·
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a corporate compliance, ethics, or legal role within a multinational corporation.
·
Proven experience in a data privacy role, with in-depth knowledge of GDPR and other global privacy frameworks.
·
Integrity : Unquestionable personal and professional integrity and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.
·
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and provide practical, business-oriented advice.
·
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate compliance concepts to a non-expert audience.
·
Interpersonal Skills : Proven ability to work collaboratively across different functions, cultures, and levels of an organization. Must be approachable and able to build trust.
·
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·
Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
